Only three more sleeps until the launch of the Sydney Fringe 2018!
We are super excited that the Sydney Fringe starts this Saturday, 1st September and our run of comedy shows also starts on Saturday night!
First up, we have our 10 Comedians for $25 shows getting underway at one of Sydney’s favourite pubs The Bat & Ball Hotel.
Our array of comedians for this year’s Fringe comedy shows includes Lizzy Hoo, Peter Meisel, Sean Morahan, David Poltorak, Stephanie Broadbridge, Gary Bradbury, Ray Cashman, Kieran Daughton, Frida Deguise, Peter Gleeson, Peter Green, Jonas Holt, Claudia Rae, Christina Van Look and Ben Willshaw. We are excited to announce that our shows will also host some special guest comedians including Dane Hiser, ‘JT’, Harry Jun, Libby Bramble, and Steve Meagher.
With such a great range of talented comedians, these shows are an ideal night out for couples or groups. We’re certain you’ll enjoy spending a night laughing with us!. There’s a different line-up of comedians on each night, so you can get a different comedy experience every night.
This year on Friday and Saturday nights we are putting on an early show (starting 7.00 pm) and late show (starting 9.30 pm). On Thursdays and Sundays, there’s just one show (starting 7.30 pm).
Our venue, the Bat & Ball Hotel in Cleveland Street, Redfern has a tempting dinner menu, craft beers on tap and a discerning range of wines and spirits. So you can enjoy dinner at the venue before the show, or order dinner and have it delivered to your table during the show.

Our first ever 10 Comedians shows were performed at the Sydney Fringe in 2015. Both shows sold out before they opened so we thought we might be onto something. The audience feedback and encouragement on those two nights was nothing short of sensational, so we have performed 10 comedians shows regularly ever since.
Following up on the Fringe success of our shows in 2015, in 2016 we had seven shows at Sydney Fringe. In 2017 we ramped it up again with twelve shows at Sydney Fringe. In 2018, we have a massive sixteen shows – starting with fourteen at The Bat & Ball Hotel in Redfern and two aboard The Rhythmboat on Sydney Harbour for our comedy Harbour Cruises.
