The silly season is in full swing and we had an amazing night for our Christmas Comedy Cruise on The Rhythmboat last night! Yet another sold out show meant another full boat of happy people enjoying their Friday night with huge laughs, superb dinner and drinks, and of course, seven of Sydney’s funniest comedians.
Peter Meisel was our MC for the night and between laugh filled acts, Peter kept our laughter-cups full to overflowing. Not even sure what a laughter cup is, but I’d better hurry up and patent it!
Rob Andrews delivered a cracking opening set, entertaining our audience with tales of occupations, fatherhood and strategic movements at picnics.
Multiple-award-winning comedian Thao Thanh Cao was simply brilliant, not only generating abundant laughter throughout her set, but also getting FOUR applause breaks for the cleverness of her jokes!
Stephanie Broadbridge surprised and delighted our audience with some wonderfully funny crowd work and a hilarious combination of music and mischief!
Peter Green showed that funny runs deep in his family, with some very funny stories about the hilarious hi-jinks of some members of his family!
Is that a saxophone in his arm or is Gary Bradbury just pleased to see a packed-out boat of laughing people on our Christmas Comedy Cruise? Both!
Reinforcing her reputation as Sydney’s funniest comedian, and proving that time flies when you’re having fun, Christina Van Look delivered an amazingly funny set that just flew by!
We have only one Comedy Cruise left for the year! Join us for an incredibly fun night out on Sydney Harbour!
