The Ferris Wheel Club comedy show is a stand-up comedy show for the 2018 Sydney Fringe Festival, produced and performed by, Claudia Rae, Lizzy Hoo, and JT.

A clever comedy collaboration, this show takes three of Sydney’s funniest comedians and gives them equal stage time and equal opportunity to entertain you with laughter!
At our 10 Comedians shows, a common comment we get from members of our audiences is that they would like to see specific comedians in our shows doing longer sets / more material. This show is a perfect chance to see more comedy from all three of these hilarious people!
Claudia, Lizzy and JT came up with the name for their show after riding a Ferris Wheel together. It seemed like a good metaphor for their show. You enter and exit at the same point, but in between, you will laugh, may cry and can enjoy the views. This funny trio also think the Ferris Wheel is the unsung hero of the carnival world, perhaps suggesting that they, too are unsung heroes – at least for now.
Ferris Wheels are underrated. They appear sedate compared with things that flash, make a lot of noise and move more quickly but often provide a more enjoyable and more memorable experience.
Continuing with the metaphorical show name…
JT (Club Treasurer) has quickly established herself as a regular around the Sydney comedy scene. Fast becoming a crowd favourite, her dry delivery and relatable material will make you laugh like you’ve never laughed before.
Claudia Rae (Club Secretary) is a regular on the Sydney comedy scene and has also been part of some festival showcases in Sydney, Adelaide and Perth. Claudia’s razor-sharp wit will leave you in stitches. Her unique brand of comedy is not one to be missed.
Lizzy Hoo (Club President) is an all-round killer. She performs all over Sydney with a style described as honest, engaging and downright hilarious. She serves up meaty truth sandwiches with a healthy dose of lols.
This is their first time doing a split bill. Come watch the magic*.
*There will not be any actual magic. There will be loads of comedy and a super cool surprise. The surprise is not magic.
In summary, they have the wit and the skill for the perfect split bill.
