The Melbourne Comedy Festival is the biggest event on the Australian comedy calendar and is one of the world’s great comedy festivals.
In previous years, many of the comedians in our group have performed at the festival and/or attended it to experience some of the latest trends in Australian comedy.
Steph Broadbridge has performed with us for three years – and this year Steph is bringing her solo show Female Musical Comedian to the Melbourne Comedy Festival.
About Steph Broadbridge
Musician-turned-comedian, Steph is now in her fifth year of performing comedy.
She has twice broken the record for the number of comedy gigs performed in a year in Sydney.
Steph was a 2019 Grand Finalist in the RAW Comedy Competition (run Australia-wide by the Melbourne International Comedy Festival).
About Steph’s Show ‘Female Musical Comedian’
Steph debuted the show in September, 2019 at the Sydney Fringe Festival.
The show was nominated for the ‘Best Comedy’ award during the Festival, and it made the shortlist beside shows from Matt Okine, Lawrence Mooney and eventual winner, Robyn Perkins.
