Sydney Fringe festival applications opened today and we will be registering our 10 Comedians Show for 2019 Sydney Fringe Comedy yet again!
This will be our FIFTH year of performing 10 Comedians Shows at Sydney Fringe and we are already getting a bit excited about it!
2019 Sydney Fringe Comedy Venues
We have booked the popular Bat & Ball Hotel again as the venue for these shows and, like last year we will also have a Comedy Dinner Harbour Cruise on The Rhythmboat.
We will also have some extra surprises for our audiences this year (they’re GOOD surprises, we promise!)
Our Track Record with Sydney Fringe Comedy
This year the Sydney Fringe Festival turns 10 years old! The Fringe has grown every year and so has our participation in Sydney Fringe!
In our first year, 2015, we performed two (sold out) shows at Erskineville’s Hive Bar. In 2016, we moved to a larger venue, the Bat & Ball Hotel on Cleveland Street and we booked four shows, then added another three due to the demand! 2017 saw us back at The Bat & Ball Hotel with ten booked shows, plus two encore shows. Last year we performed fourteen shows at The Bat & Ball Hotel and had two sold out Harbour Cruise shows as well!
Our shows keep selling out and we keep getting phenomenal feedback from our audiences about how much they enjoy our shows and our great host venues!
Our Line-Up of Comedians
Our roster of comedians includes the following funny people:
David Tieck, Jenny Tian, Ben Squires, Te Rina Taite, Suren Jayemanne, Kieran Daughton, Ben Willshaw, Jonas Holt, Lizzy Hoo, Cait Johnson, Claudia Rae, Christina Van Look, Sallie Don, Peter Meisel, Peter Green, Peter Gleeson, Fiona Cox, Rob Andrews, David Poltorak, Renu, Libby Bramble, Sally Kimpton, Stephanie Broadbridge, Justin Jones, Thao Thanh Cao and Sean Morahan.
As we have done in previous Sydney Fringe Festivals, we’ll also have a few special guest comedians joining our line-ups, too.
When Is It?
This year’s Sydney Fringe Festival runs from 1st September to 30th September, so block out a few Friday nights and Saturday nights in September in your diary now! Tickets go on sale in early August.
We are looking forward to another huge, hilarious September with you this year!
